Warranty Policies
- • Our warranty is effective from the date of purchase and covers mechanical failures or manufacturer defects.
- • To claim your warranty, you must provide proof of purchase from a Polyele Authorized Retailer within the warranty period.
- • All Polyele non-rechargeable (battery-operated) or non-vibrating products come with a 2-year warranty.
- • All Polyele rechargeable (plugin) products come with a 1-year warranty.
- • Edible products are not eligible for returns or refunds.
- • We do not offer or sell replacement chargers at this time.
What Is Not Covered
- • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or failure to follow product instructions.
- • Normal wear and tear, including cosmetic damage such as scratches or dents.
- • Products purchased from unauthorized retailers or third-party sellers.
- • Damage caused by use of incompatible chargers or accessories.
How to Make a Claim
To initiate a warranty claim, please contact our support team with the following information:
- Your order number or proof of purchase
- A description of the issue
- Photos or videos demonstrating the defect (if applicable)
