Our commitment to product quality

Warranty Policies

  • Our warranty is effective from the date of purchase and covers mechanical failures or manufacturer defects.
  • To claim your warranty, you must provide proof of purchase from a Polyele Authorized Retailer within the warranty period.
  • All Polyele non-rechargeable (battery-operated) or non-vibrating products come with a 2-year warranty.
  • All Polyele rechargeable (plugin) products come with a 1-year warranty.
  • Edible products are not eligible for returns or refunds.
  • We do not offer or sell replacement chargers at this time.

What Is Not Covered

  • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or failure to follow product instructions.
  • Normal wear and tear, including cosmetic damage such as scratches or dents.
  • Products purchased from unauthorized retailers or third-party sellers.
  • Damage caused by use of incompatible chargers or accessories.

How to Make a Claim

To initiate a warranty claim, please contact our support team with the following information:

  1. Your order number or proof of purchase
  2. A description of the issue
  3. Photos or videos demonstrating the defect (if applicable)

Our team will review your claim and respond within 2-3 business days.
