- Our warranty is effective from the date of purchase and covers mechanical failures or manufacturer defects.
- To claim your warranty, you must provide proof of purchase from a Honins Authorized Retailer within the warranty period.
- All Polyele non-rechargeable (battery-operated) or non-vibrating products come with a 2-year warranty.
- All Polyele rechargeable (plugin) products come with a 1-year warranty.
- Edible products are not eligible for returns or refunds.
- We do not offer or sell replacement chargers at this time.
