Polyele primarily operates as a B2B wholesale manufacturer. Orders placed through our Site or sales representatives are subject to minimum order quantities (MOQ), pricing agreements, and delivery terms as specified in individual purchase orders or contracts. All business agreements are governed by the terms outlined in the respective purchase order or contract.
5. Intellectual Property

6. OEM / ODM Confidentiality
All designs, specifications, and proprietary information shared between Polyele and our OEM/ODM partners are strictly confidential. Neither party shall disclose, reproduce, or use such information for any purpose other than the agreed-upon project without prior written consent from the other party.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Polyele shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site or our products, regardless of the theory of liability.
8. Product Quality and Compliance
Polyele is committed to manufacturing products that meet international safety and quality standards. Our products are CE certified and comply with applicable RoHS and ISO 9001 standards. However, it is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure that products comply with local regulations in their respective markets.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or the use of the Site shall be resolved through negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in Dongguan, Guangdong Province, China.
